The developers of One Queensridge Place have also developing the $850-million, 29-acre Tivoli Village at Queensridge. The development will have 700,000 square feet of premium retail, entertainment, office and restaurant space as well as 340 condo residences and 3,500 underground parking spaces.

Tivoli Village is located at the corner of Rampart and Alta (across the street from the Suncoast) in Summerlin.

Tivoli Village broke ground in 2006 and was originally scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2008. Construction was stalled in December of 2008 due to the economy.  In November of 2009 there were signs of life as construction resumed.  Phase one of the project is projected to open in October of 2010.

Tivoli Village will open in phases, the first being 450,000 square feet of the retail, entertainment, office and restaurant space opening in October of 2010. The second phase will overlap the first, finishing the retail and office space and include a theater complex. The third phase (if built) will include the condo buildings on the west end of the project.  Even though some of the condos are above the retail stores, those will not be available until further notice. There is no projected date for phase three.

The most noteworthy element of Tivoli Village is the "real" building materials. There is no EIFS
in this project. If it looks like stone, it is stone. With real granite and cobblestone sidewalks, real marble, limestone, etc.,  this project is built to last.

There will be a unique cinema complex here, the Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas.  The theaters will meld luxury and cinema for moviegoers looking a more classy night out. With Lear Jet-style seating, each screening room will have occupancy for only 42 persons who can enjoy a full menu, wait staff and full beverage service while watching a film.

 Among the signed retailers are:

- a 12,000-square-foot Grand Luxe Cafe
- Mastro’s Steakhouse
- Zeffirino’s
- Taro by Mikuni
- DavidBartonGym,
- Belle Gray
- AG Jeans
- Tres Agaves
- Collections by ECCO
- Kidsville
- Martin Yan's 9 Dragons
- Ritual Salon & Spa

With the first phase now open, Tivoli Village is already bustling with activity.

The natural stone fascias will last lifetimes (unlike the EIFS exteriors that are prevalent in today's buildings)
