The high-rise complex will be built on 15 acres near the intersection of Interstate 215 and Buffalo Drive (about five miles from the Las Vegas strip). It will be comprised of  three 18-story towers.

Amenities at the guard-gated development will include two pools and spas, tennis courts, a one mile walking trail, putting greens, a 15,000-square-foot fitness center, business and events center, and day spa.

The residences will measure 1,835 to 9,500 square feet, and be priced from $835,000 to more than $7 million.
