The Royal Resort Timeshares

The Royal Resort & Timeshare on Convention Center Drive may get more than a
face lift. Notice the original building in the foreground of the
rendering (left) and a beautiful new tower.
Additions will include a two-story resort clubhouse and pool located on the
tenth floor of the parking garage, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The
clubhouse will include a piano bar, sports room with billiards, state-of the
art media room and library. The elaborate, two-story, 45,000 sq. ft.
resort-style pool will be created by Mandalay Bay's pool designer, Tom
Mackenzie.
