One Queensridge Place Open
The new, ultra-elegant, west-side condo project,
One Queensridge Place, is located adjacent to the Badlands Golf Course
in the Summerlin area, right across the street from the Suncoast resort, in
the west-end of Las Vegas near Summerlin. The unique amenities list is impressive.
One Queensridge Place's prices start at $1.9
million. Penthouses start at approximately $4 million. Each unit will have
its own private terrace, garden or courtyard. Penthouses will have express
elevator access. There are a total of 43 floor plans available at this time,
with a total of 385 condominiums in the project. The smallest unite are 2000-square feet.
The development team selected a design
theme that characterizes the Art Nouveau style. This
theme permeates throughout the buildings and grounds starting at the
metal-roofed gatehouse and its decorative wrought-iron gates and
reappearing at the metal roofed towers with their beckoning cupolas.
