Pinnacle Las Vegas will be located on a 12 acre lot on Tropicana, across from the Orleans and one block west, The Pinnacle condo/hotel will have a lot to offer.

Pinnacle's two towers are designed in a mild “S” shaped pattern. The buildings are placed on the property in a sort of  “L” pattern so that all units will have unobstructed views of the strip or mountains, unlike other developments where the buildings are side by side blocking each others views.

The buildings are connected by what appears to be sky walkways, but are actually four, floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows will flank both sides of these units offering amazing views of the strip (to the east) and the mountains (to the west). These two-story Sky Bridge Penthouses will also include a stairway to take you to their own private rooftop garden (specific to that unit).

Pinnacle will also include street-front retail and two large restaurants.

Prices range from the low $400,000's to $1.6 million for tower units. Pricing for the Sky Bridge Penthouses are not yet released. The inventory of rooms will be managed by Interstate.

YWS are the architects of this $850 million project. Groundbreaking is scheduled for early 2007 with the opening date slated for Spring of 2009.

Amenities include:

• 24-hour valet, concierge

• resident only lounge “Sanctuary,” fitness facility “Energie,” and spa “Touch”

• Their amenities deck is called the “Wet Deck” and offers a hibiscus shaped pool

• They are also offering a “Dive-In” theater which will be located at the pool and where they will be offering movies for residents. There will be your typical cabanas, grassy park area, and dog run

• There will be an online network access instrument that will allow you to contact the concierge, order tickets, order food from on-site restaurants, contact the valet to get your car ready and more

• European-style designer kitchen with imported custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops

• Exceptionally designed furniture packages in either Traditional or Contemporary style

• Programmable safe in each residence

• Pre-wiring for phone, cable, high-speed Internet and satellite television

• Master bath with Jacuzzi tub

• Private balcony

• Extraordinary views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains.
