Las Palmas

The Peebles Corp. purchased a 13-acre parcel of land on Paradise Road (east of Wynn's golf course just south of the Las Vegas Convention Center), and is planning a stunning, $2.5-billion, high-end (non-gaming) resort and condo development which will become the city’s largest non-gaming luxury hotel.

Las Palmas Hotel & Residence will have four 55-story structures, (three condominium buildings and a hotel tower with residential units above). The inventory will feature 800 (five star) hotel rooms and 1,000 residential condos.

The mixed-use development will include shopping, dining and entertainment along a wide pedestrian boulevard.

The first of the towers to be built will be the hotel. It will be topped by several floors of condos. The remaining three condo towers have not had any dates attached to them.

The architectural firm of Arquitectonica is responsible for the design.
