juhl

In the heart of downtown Las Vegas, juhl is the latest example of CityMark Development's tradition of revitalizing urban areas with unique historic character. CityMark creates innovative residential environments that enhance the quality of life for the people and areas we serve. In doing so, they bring a higher level of architectural design that reflects each neighborhood’s time-honored cultural values as CityMark redefines the concept of home.

100 years after its founding, the renaissance of downtown Las Vegas is well under way. One will soon enjoy walkable shopping (on the street level and within the project) at chic boutiques and grand gallerias. Gourmet restaurants, museums, and cultural centers, standing proudly beside world-class entertainment, make downtown a great place to live.

341 urban-lofts from 757 to 2,200 sq. ft. with Over 100 floor plans, offering distinctive features including expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize sunlight and city views, and private patio balconies.

Prices range from the high $300,000's to $700,000. Townhomes and penthouses also available.

For more info, floor plans, and renderings, visit the juhl website

Urban shops will line the perimeter of the juhl project bringing new life to the neighborhood.

The development will have six different buildings, all surrounding the parking structure (which will not be visible from the the street). The top of the parking garage will house the pool deck.

Out from under its scaffolding, the exposed juhl is a great example of how to design a project that blends in to a cityscape. The various sections have their own unique (yet understated) architecture.
