In the heart of downtown Las Vegas, juhl is the latest example of CityMark Development's tradition of revitalizing urban areas with unique historic character. CityMark creates innovative residential environments that enhance the quality of life for the people and areas we serve. In doing so, they bring a higher level of architectural design that reflects each neighborhood’s time-honored cultural values as CityMark redefines the concept of home.

100 years after its founding, the renaissance of downtown Las Vegas is well under way. One will soon enjoy walkable shopping (on the street level and within the project) at chic boutiques and grand gallerias. Gourmet restaurants, museums, and cultural centers, standing proudly beside world-class entertainment, make downtown a great place to live.

Urban shops will line the perimeter of the juhl project bringing new life to the neighborhood.

The development will have six different buildings, all surrounding the parking structure (which will not be visible from the the street). The top of the parking garage will house the pool deck.
