Holsum Lofts

On the west edge of Las Vegas' flourishing new 'arts district', Holsum Lofts is a wonderful adaptive re-use project in an historic building.

Architect  H. Stephen Jackson spotted the old bread factory's for-sale sign and knew that this could be a great adaptive-reuse project. He contacted developer Jeff LaPour and the idea became a reality.

They gutted and remolded interiors creating many suites and studio spaces. The exterior (including the original neon) was restored.  Holsum  Located on Charleston, just south of the Symphony Park area Downtown.

The Holsum Lofts Building is ideal for creative businesses and anyone who desires to work in an historic venue updated with contemporary amenities and conveniences.
