Evolution Lofts
Evolution Lofts is a
residential condo project that will be
located near the art district in downtown las Vegas on 3rd street. The building
pictured is 28-stories. An earlier rendering (bottom) shows two towers with
a more radical design. Evolution Lofts is being developed by Boulevard
Properties and the Greenwald Group and will be a key player in the
revitalization of downtown las Vegas.
