Marriott's Grand Chateau
Las Vegas

Marriott's Grand Chateau Timeshares is designed in French architectural style. The project is located behind the Polo Towers and just west of Signature at MGM Grand on Harmon Ave. 1/4 mile off the Las Vegas Strip.

Grand Chateau will be built in four phases (towers) which will ultimately result in an "X" shaped building. Phase one and two are completed.  Phase three is under construction (see photos below) and phase four is on hold until further notice.

NEWS:  8/3/12 Tower-3 Breaks Ground

After years of a rooms-building drought, Marriott is adding the third tower (of the proposed four-tower X-shaped) Grand Chateau. The 37-story, third (southeastern) tower will add 223 one-, two- and three-bedroom suits for a total of 643 villas at the property. The new tower is slated for completion in mid-2014.

The third tower brings with it a lobby expansion that will include a lounge that will offer top shelf cocktails and tapas, a billiards area with electronic game tables and a cafe. The fifth floor of the new tower will provide access to the new pool which will be on top of the expanded parking structure,

Villa Overview

Villas have fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets;
generous living and dining areas; multiple flat-panel LED televisions with Blu-ray DVD players;
washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.
