New Resort by Sahara Investments LLC

2/15/08  New rendering
The new rendering of the yet unnamed resort (right) was provided by Ed Vance and Associates. Click the image to enlarge it.
The project will be built adjacent to Allure and will include a seven-level underground garage and a thick podium (just like Cosmopolitan). The top floors of the shorter tower will house restaurants and a nightclub. The casino will be on the second level.
Construction may start as soon as Sept. 2008.

2/10/08   First rendering -  a very different second tower

The proposed 72-Story mixed-use development includes a 1,300-room hotel; a 67,800 sq. ft. casino; 254,240 sq. ft.
of commercial use and 40 residential condos. They are taking the proposal to the city on 2/14/08 for approval.
The stunning new tower looks completely different than the original Allure Tower. It has a 60's retro, mid-century-modern design. Chances are, it will have a different name. Click on the elevation photo (right) to enlarge.

1/25/07   Second Tower may have Small Casino
Another rumor says that the folks at Allure Las Vegas are seeking a gaming license for a casino in the second tower. Stay tuned for updates.

Plans Changed - Second Tower will be Taller
Rumor has it that the Allure's second tower will be redesigned to be substantially taller than the first.  It will have a mix of 400 condo-hotel rooms with multimillion-dollar penthouses on the top floor, a restaurant, a rooftop nightclub and resort-style spa. No renderings yet.

Early Rendering

The original rendering of the twin tower Allure project shows both the towers at the same height. The current plan calls for a taller second tower. Renderings can be seen above.
